The Six Daily Practices of Remote Leadership

The Six Daily Practices of Remote Leadership

Leadership is stretching at the best of times, but remote leadership is especially challenging. It is my hope that this course equips you with practical ways to support the people you lead, while also making your role more sustainable and enjoyable.
In the course we explore six daily practices that will help you to overcome the common challenges we all face in remote leadership. These practices have come from research I’ve conducted over the past three years with over 3,500 people from hundreds of organisations. The research has focused on what leaders actually do that makes a difference for those they lead - in terms of their productivity, engagement, commitment, well-being as well as other factors. Through the course we will explore the importance of reflecting, inspiring, developing, connecting, delegating and clearing on a daily basis.
We will come to see that the same principles that drive effectiveness in face-to-face leadership apply equally in remote settings, but there are different and unique challenges.
All of this is supported by a workbook that you can download. Like everything we do at Leadership Today, this course is very much research-based but also intensely practical. Being a great leader isn’t about intellectually knowing the right answer, it’s about consistently taking the right action. I look forward to working with you and I’m sure you will enjoy the course.

Upon completing the course you have the opportunity to earn a digital credential and badge. Go to www.leadership.today/earn to share what you've learned and how you're applying those skills and we will issue your credential via Credly within 7 days.
